Joni says that Raggedy Ann is welcoming Andy home and Ann is especially delighted that they are together again in the National Toy Hall Of Fame®. Rags readers can see how excited even the little characters are. Joni often creates the original in black ink on special paper and then colorizes. She uses watercolors and colored pencils.
